When you book a full yacht with us you will need to specify the number of people in your crew. You can edit the gender ratio of this group up until 4 weeks before departure. At this point, any later changes must be authorised by The Yacht Week customer service team. For more information or to make late ratio alterations, contact us at info@theyachtweek.com.

Changes to your ratio will be authorised depending on the current overall ratio for your week. This is to help us maintain a 50:50 equal balance of guys and girls at our event overall and create the best possible experience for our guests!

The exact routes are set a few weeks before the event starts. Once the routes are set, you can view them in the Arrival Info section of your booking. In the meantime, you can view an example route on the relevant destination page and find lots of information regarding highlights and things to do along the route.

During the day, you will be sailing to a new island. You will spend the day sailing, stopping in coral bays, having lunch, and swimming. This is your time, so spend it how you will! If you prefer to head straight to the next island and explore, or join activities on land, your skipper will be able to sail you there and provide further information.

There will be a Yacht Week exclusive party or event each day, including the Tunnel Raft party and even the Circle Raft party* (if you are lucky with the weather!). During your week on the water, you will also find time to explore each island and try the cuisine at the local restaurants.

The distance between ports varies, but you can typically expect to leave the marina early to mid-morning and arrive at the next stop in the afternoon. Of course, it also depends on how long you spend having lunch, relaxing in bays, and swimming.

* Please note that the Circle Raft is weather-dependent, as well as the Regatta and therefore may not be listed on your week's itinerary. Expect those events to be confirmed by your skipper at the beginning of the week

If you have chosen the Payment Plan option, the following minimum cancellation charges, represented as a percentage of the total booking cost, shall apply:

1. Within the first 24 hours of making the booking - 0% cancellation fee (Full Refund).
   ​

2. Between 24 hours after booking and up to 30 days from the booking date - 10% cancellation fee.
   ​

3. Between 31 days after the booking date and up to 90 days before the event (whichever comes first) - 40% cancellation fee.
   ​

4. Within 90 days or less before the event - 100% cancellation fee.

Please note that as per our booking terms and conditions signed by you when making the booking, you will also be liable to pay any cancellation charges imposed by suppliers or any other costs incurred by Yacht Week. Yacht Week may use money that you have previously paid to cover cancellation charges or to pay charges imposed by a supplier without a refund to you. Yacht Week will take reasonable steps to ensure that all costs and losses are kept to a minimum.

At Yacht Week we welcome fun and adventurous people from all walks of life! As long as you have a pair of dancing shoes and you meet our minimum age requirement, we welcome you with open arms 🤗 Get ready to meet people from all around the world! 🌍

Restrictions:

• The minimum age to join our events is 20 (or at least turning 20 in the year of travel).

• The average age at our events is 29, however, we have a range of guests varying from 20 to late 30s and beyond.

• Whilst we do not have an upper age limit, if you're 37 or over, consider booking a full yacht. This option offers a more tailored experience that might be more suited to your preferences.

• We aim to provide a safe environment so that everyone can enjoy themselves. We therefore try to maintain a balance of genders on our trips as we find that this gives our guests the best experience.

LGBTQ+

We warmly welcome the LGBTQ+ community to our events. On booking, we ask guests to specify their gender. This is for security/legal reasons and will be kept entirely confidential. We therefore request that, even if you don't identify with the gender listed on your passport, you include this information in your booking. Thank you for your support and cooperation on this.

Depending on which cabin category you select, food and a host may be included. Full yacht bookings do not include food or a host.
