Each season, Yacht Week brings together a small team of talented photographers, filmmakers, and content creators to document life at sea.
Join us as one of our content creators.
Thousands of guests sail established routes in Croatia, Greece, Sicily, and more. Capture the full experience: the sailing, the scenery, the culture, the friendships, and the energy that makes Yacht Week unique.
Your mission
This is not a typical content job. It’s a fast-paced creative environment set across some of the world’s most beautiful sailing destinations.
If you’re passionate about visual storytelling and thrive in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you.
Key responsibility
- Photographer: Capture a mix of editorial-style imagery and event-style coverage throughout the week. This includes lifestyle photography of sailing life, destinations and scenery, as well as candid guest moments, activities and key experiences that make up the Yacht Week journey. Photographers typically deliver a curated set of high-quality marketing images alongside a larger guest album capturing the memories of the week.
- Videographer & Filmmaker: Produce cinematic highlights, storytelling edits, and short-form video content that brings the journey to life.
- Social Content Creators: Create engaging short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- UGC Creators: Produce authentic, mobile-first content designed for paid social campaigns and marketing use.
- Influencers: Share your Yacht Week experience with your community.
- Drone Pilots: Capture aerial perspectives of sailing routes, flotillas, islands and dramatic coastlines.
Many of the creators who join us work across multiple formats.
The ideal candidate
We are looking for experienced creators who combine technical skill with strong creative instinct.
Ideal candidates:
- Have a strong portfolio of photography, video or social content
- Are confident shooting in dynamic environments (yachts, water, events)
- Understand storytelling for modern platforms like Instagram and TikTok
- Can capture authentic moments without disrupting the guest experience
- Are comfortable working independently while travelling
Experience in travel, lifestyle or adventure content is highly valued.
The strongest creators are those who can capture both the big moments and the quieter ones - sunrise swims, sailing days, friendship forming, island exploration, local culture and spontaneous adventures.
Your weekly schedule
Creators typically join Yacht Week for a minimum of two consecutive weeks, with many staying longer across multiple routes or destinations.
The more flexible your availability, the more opportunities there may be to join different trips throughout the season.
Life onboard
Creators live and travel alongside Yacht Week guests and crew.
Accommodation is provided on a yacht, typically in a shared cabin, either in a shared bed or single bunk bed.
During the week you’ll experience the same journey as guests.
Creators receive:
- Accommodation onboard a yacht
- Meals during the week
- Access to official Yacht Week events
- Official Yacht Week merchandise
