Our Recruitment Process

Want a Yacht Week job? You can look forward to a 6-step recruitment process:

  1. Complete a 10-minute online video interview.
  2. Our HR manager screens and shortlists candidates.
  3. Shortlisted candidates are contacted and required to submit CV + personal letter.
  4. We screen candidates for the 2nd time.
  5. You are invited to a final video interview.
  6. Final decision and job offer. Congrats! Welcome to the team!
